DMS 2D gv

DMS 2D GV

Geotechnical engineering works, debris flows

These columns are intended to monitor variously inclined surfaces, both natural and man-made walls (rock walls, excavation fronts, etc. on the surface or underground), subsidence, surface landslides, debris flow (in association with the DMS® 2D Slope). DMS® 2D GV is a mid-range product with good tensile strength and sensitive accuracy. There is also a special version with the rigid part in high-strength 7075 aluminum (ERGAL), designed for particular applications (rock walls, tunnel, etc.), for greater maneuverability with the same resistance.

The standard production has the following characteristics:

  • Biaxial inclinometric sensor (I);
  • Piezometric sensor (U);
  • Temperature sensor (T);
  • Triaxial accelerometric sensor (A);
Module length 1 m
Maximum column length 100 M
Installation 0-360°
Material stainless steel 304/346L or ERGAL (rigid part), high resistance reinforced rubber (joint)
I (inclinometric sensor) range ±30°/±45°/±60°; repeatability ±0.01°
U (piezometric sensor) range 30/100 psi
A (accelerometric sensor) ±3 g
T (temperature sensor) range -50°/+130°C, resolution 0.1°C
